Establishment of UAB "Rumex Altera" as a specialised industrial packing company.

1996
Several companies from West Europe are interested in our company's activities. We chosen the Dutch company NNZ industriele verpakkingen BV as a strategic investor.

1997
We became a member of "NNZ group". After over 50 years brake NNZ industriele verpakkingen BV returned to the Lithuanian market by acquiring a significant share in our company.

1998
Period of rapid development owing to the foreign investments. Change of the company's name into "Rumeks NNZ" according to the principal shareholder's name.

2001
The branch SIA "Rumeks NNZ" founded in Latvia, Jelgava city. New modern 4 colour printing machine instaled.

2010
A new branch founded In Estonia, city of Tallinn.
